Making Scones for LDS Pioneer Broadcast

There's nothing better on earth than fresh Pioneer scones with honey-butter!! (or berry jam or cinnamon sugar) So, I asked my dear friend Donna Packer Swiss to show me how to make them! We called it a Relief Society activity and invited the whole of Eureka 2nd and 1st Wards. Fresh hot scones followed by the Mormon Tabernacle choir with The Osmond's live from The Conference Center at temple Square in SLC, UT (via satellite in the chapel). Donna's recipe is from the 310th Quorum of Seventies in Brigham City, UT. Yeast dough + mashed potatoes + baking powder and soda. Here are the photos from the kitchen.
